Description (2950 characters max)
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, work stress, or questions of identity, I walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and create new narratives to navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can bring your full, authentic self.I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, with close attention to how larger systems—such as the intergenerational impacts of colonization, migration, and displacement—shape our lived experiences. My activism, including support for Palestinian liberation, informs how I understand the intersections between the political, economic, and personal. Many of the people I work with are immigrants, first- or second-generation individuals, or multicultural and mixed-race people exploring cultural expectations, belonging, and identity. My approach integrates narrative therapy, attachment theory, DBT, parts work, and psychodynamic perspectives, always tailored to your needs. I support adults, adolescents, and relationships, including those in polyamorous, non-monogamous, and companion-based partnerships. Together, we’ll honor your struggles and strengths as we build a path toward growth and lasting change.
