I help people change self-sabotaging habits, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, depression and CPTSD. After years of doing pure talk therapy, I now know alternatives to talk therapy are also needed. For this transformation I use EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Flash and parts work. While I do talk therapy, I these gentle approaches that tap into innate wisdom, and healing, of emotional brain. I help integrate these changes with guided focused awareness.
I’m a facilitator of that, as well as a guide.
