I provide caring, collaborative therapy for adults, couples, and professionals who are navigating the challenges of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story.
I work with individuals seeking healing from painful experiences, as well as with couples wanting to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection. I also enjoy supporting professionals and health care providers who often care deeply for others but struggle to find space for their own needs.
In addition, I have a special interest in working with artists and creative professionals, helping them move through blocks, self-doubt, and life transitions while nurturing their authentic expression.
