In my work, I attend to both insight and regulation. Therapy is paced, collaborative, and focused on creating a steady therapeutic container where clients can explore internal experience while building greater capacity for safety, agency, and connection. Sessions balance reflective exploration with practical support for emotional regulation, communication, and relational clarity, with an emphasis on understanding patterns that shape emotional experience and relational dynamics over time.
I conceptualize symptoms as adaptive responses shaped by history and context rather than pathology to be eliminated. Therapy becomes a space to understand these responses, gently shift what no longer serves, and support more flexible and integrated ways of relating to self and others.
My work is depth-oriented while remaining grounded and applicable to daily life. I aim to support meaningful, sustainable change by helping clients feel more present, stable, and engaged in their inner and relational worlds.
