Short Description (199 characters max)
Certified EMDR Therapist specializing in Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, and Life Changes for Women and Parents.
Description (2950 characters max)
I’m a certified EMDR therapist specializing in trauma-informed care for adults and parents who are often high-functioning, reflective, and motivated, yet feel stuck despite previous therapy or personal growth work.

My clinical focus includes EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, and nervous-system–based trauma treatment for individuals navigating anxiety, developmental and complex trauma, identity shifts, and major life transitions—particularly those related to parenthood. Many of the clients I work with identify as highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or emotionally attuned, and experience chronic overwhelm, emotional reactivity, or difficulty accessing a sense of internal calm.

I frequently support clients who:

Have strong insight into their patterns but struggle to experience lasting emotional or physiological change

Experience anxiety, hypervigilance, or shutdown rooted in early attachment or relational trauma

Are parents working to break intergenerational cycles while managing their own nervous system responses

Feel disconnected from their bodies, intuition, or sense of safety and want to rebuild trust in themselves

My approach is collaborative, attuned, and experiential. I prioritize stabilization, resourcing, and nervous system regulation while supporting clients in gently processing trauma at a pace that emphasizes integration over intensity. I work to help clients develop embodied skills that allow for greater flexibility, self-trust, and emotional regulation in daily life—not just cognitive insight within sessions.

I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels grounded, spacious, and supportive, where clients can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with a sense of agency and choice. Treatment is tailored to each individual, with care taken to avoid retraumatization and to honor clients’ strengths, values, and readiness.

I value thoughtful collaboration with fellow clinicians and welcome referrals for clients seeking depth-oriented, trauma-focused work. I am especially well-suited for clients who are curious, engaged, and ready for an approach that integrates structure, warmth, and nervous-system awareness. I’m always happy to consult to ensure a strong clinical fit and continuity of care.
